Go to the Dell support website
Input the information for your computer and select downloads. All the drivers you need will be there for free.
IF they still stock the reconstruction/setup cd you can maybe find it on ebay or buy it straight from dell. if they still have it. computer manufacturers don’t support their equipment forever..
you need the motherboard drivers and the operating system install cd to get your internet back, and you need both of them.
i never did understand how so many people lose such a critical part of a computer system. if you can get another cd somewhere you need to FIRST copy that cd or dvd, use the copy to get your system back (thus proving the copy worked) and put the replacement cd where you can’t lose it.
Think. if you ever sell that machine to someone else a smart person will not buy the pc if you Don’t have the setup cd. The machine is worthless without it if something goes wrong and they no longer support it.
The OS restore disk, call Dell and tell them to send you one

all u need is the drivers for the bus’s and bridges, which is easy go to the public library or the college one in ur town go online and google “dell inspiron E1705 drivers” and if that did not work go to dell support site and trust me you will find everything u need there
there is no need to call them, and dont make back up cd for the drivers u can find all these things online, i have no clue what the hell pullmyefinger my finger is taking about and when was the last time he/she ever worked on computer beside opening and closing emails
