dell.com then look around for driver downloads, and printers, then by model, the instructions to install will be on the manufature website
Next time you turn on your pc, make sure that the printer is off. Then unplug the USB cable at the printer, then unplug from pc. Plug cable back into pc first, then plug the other end to your printer. Then turn on printer. You should be able to use your printer now.
If this does’nt work, unplug the USB cable again. Make sure printer is off, then uninstall the software. Now, reinstall software, plug in USB cable as mentioned above and turn on printer. That should work unless there is something wrong with the installation cd or you are not following instructions on cd. Good luck!
